A Slatington man is facing charges following an incident that occurred about 2:20 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 11.

Borough police observed a man staggering and swaying while walking in the area of Willow Ave.The man was identified as Michael David Green, 49, of 138 Center St. He was highly intoxicated, police said.Green was cited for public drunkenness.
