A Luzerne County driver was killed in a one-vehicle crash in Monroe County on Thursday, Nov. 11. Pocono Mountain Regional police said the crash occurred along SR940 at Locust Ridge Road, in Tobyhanna Township.

Police said Ryan Rodenbaugh, 32, of Wilkes-Barre, was operating a 1993 Buick LaCross when it left the road about 5:36 a.m. while westbound and impacted with a tree.Rodenbaugh was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation into the crash is continuing, police said.
