A Lehigh County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI).

State police at Fogelsville said Hector Rodriguez-Colon, 64, of Chester Court, Breinigsville, was driving along Interstate 78 in Salisbury Township, about 9 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 16, when his vehicle rear-ended another car. It was determined that Rodriguez-Colon was under the influence of alcohol.He was placed under arrest, troopers said. The DUI charge is pending blood test results.
