A traffic stop has led to the driver facing a drug counts.

State police at Lehighton said Jason Leap, 21, of Kunkletown, was stopped along Kunkletown Road, in the area of the soccer field, in Ross Township, Monroe County, for a traffic violation.Druing the stop Leap was found to be in possession of a small amount of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.Charges will be filed for the two drug violations, troopers said.
