During the nine-hour power outage, West Penn fire police volunteers Roger Kingsley, left, and Rich Weaver, look over a power-outage socket that was recently added to the traffic light box located at the state routes 309 and 443 intersection to give the fire police the opportunity to use their generator to keep the four-way traffic lights working in case of a power failure.
