A Northumberland County driver sustained a minor injury in a one vehicle crash that occurred about 5:36 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 5, along SR901 (Gordon Nagle Trail), in North Manheim Township, Schuylkill County.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Alice Currie, 20, of Mount Carmel, was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt and negotiating a left curve when, for unknown reasons, she lost control. The car entered the oncoming lane and then onto the berm where it struck an embankment, rolling over onto its roof.Troopers said Currie sustained a minor injury to her left shoulder and was treated at the scene by medical personnel. Damages were disabling to the car.She was cited for not wearing a seat belt and a motor vehicle code violation, troopers said.
