A retail theft case whereby someone drove off without paying for diesel fuel at The Bandit Truck Stop, 2277 Golden Key Road, Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County, is being investigated by state police at the Fogelsville barracks.

Police said a male pumped approximately 176 gallons of diesel fuel valued at $557.18 into a rig before fleeing the scene without paying for it. The incident happened between 2:15-2:54 a.m. June 23.
