Emma R. Hill, a sophomore at Luzerne County Community College, has made the dean's list for the fall and spring semesters.

The daughter of Terry and Lucille Hill of Weatherly, Emma is majoring in medical coding and billing.She is a 2009 graduate of Weatherly Area School District.
