A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident about 1:40 p.m. on June 10.
State police at Lehighton said troopers responded to the area of Upper Smith Gap Road in Ross Township to a report of an erratic driver. Troopers located Timothy Drew Larkin 39, of Kunkletown, and placed him under arrest for DUI of a controlled substance. Charges will be filed, troopers said.
