The engagement of Christine Vlossak, Palmerton, to Robert Kupillas, also of Palmerton, has been announced by their parents.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Stephen and Edwina Vlossak of Palmerton. She is a 2001 graduate of Palmerton Area High School and a 2005 graduate of Kutztown University, where she earned a bachelor of science in electronic media. She is employed as a technical director at WNEP-TV in Moosic.The prospective bridegroom is the son of Donald and Dorothy Kupillas of Lehighton. He is a 1997 graduate of Palmerton Area High School and a 2002 graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor of arts in film and video. He is employed as a video engineer at Clark Media in Bethlehem.A wedding is being planned for October of 2010.
