A PennDot snowplow pushes snow and spreads salt on S. Kennedy Drive in the Borough of McAdoo on Tuesday. Local areas located above 1,500 feet in elevation received a surprise snowstorm during the afternoon and early evening as heavy precipitation from a coastal storm blasted the region once again.
