The purchase, the suit states, constituted a change of control under employment agreements with the couple.The suit also states that on Aug. 21, 2009, All Staffing "purportedly" terminated the employment of the plaintiffs. The suit charges the plaintiffs were never notified of the termination.The plaintiffs have demanded payments of their wages due for work they performed from Aug. 17 to 23, 2009.
