The engagement of Jennifer Ann Muniz to Matthew John Higgins has been announced by her parents.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Timothy and Donna Rossman of Weatherly, and the late Steven Cass. She is a 2000 graduate of Weatherly Area High School and the Harrisburg Area Community College Practical Nurse Program.The prospective bridegroom is the son of Joseph and Valerie Higgins of Hometown. He is a 1996 graduate of Marian Catholic High School.A wedding date is set for May of this year.
