A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following a traffic stop.

State police at Frackville said Adam T. Yurcho, 29, of Nuremberg, was stopped for a traffic code violation about 10:10 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10, at Mahanoy and Pine sts., in the village of Nuremberg, North Union Township.Troopers said he was found to be under the influence and transported to the barracks where he submitted to a breath test. The test revealed he was over the legal limit of .08 percent. Charges will be filed, troopers said.
