Crash involving burn victim was caused by medical condition

State police at Frackville have ruled that a crash involving Tim Kleinhagen of Summit Hill was because of Kleinhagen's medical conditions.

Kleinhagen was involved in the one-vehicle crash about 9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, on SR209, mile west of Tamaqua. Kleinhagen was driving a late model sport utility vehicle northbound when it crossed the center line and entered the north berm and hit a tree. Kleinhagen was treated at the scene by medical personnel before he was transported to St. Luke's Miners Memorial Hospital, Coaldale. Kleinhagen had been burned in a fire in March at Pazzazz Boarding Kennel, Franklin Township.
