Pocono Mountain Regional Police report Peter Molo II, 30, of Allentown, was arrested for defiant trespass after an incident on oct. 31 at 4:57 a.m. in Tobyhanna.

Police said they were summoned to 1416 Falstaff Road by David Knauss, 40, of Tobyhanna. Knauss told police two friends, Molo and another unidentified individual, were staying at his house for a weekend hunting trip when Molo became intoxicated and created a disturbance there. Police said Molo refused to leave the premises after being told to do so, after which time Knauss and anothr male tried to remove him from the home. During the struggle, Molo was injured.
