This week Congressman Paul E. Kanjorski (PA-11), met with local attorneys, William Schwab from Lehighton, and Zac Christman from Stroudsburg, who argued one side of a bankruptcy exemption case before the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. Kanjorski also met with Gino Andreuzzi of Drums, who argued the other side of the case, later in the day. While Schwab and Andreuzzi have argued against each other before, this case brought them to the Supreme Court ,which is located near the U.S. Capitol. "As an attorney myself, it is especially rewarding to see that some of our local attorneys have argued their sides so well that the case has moved to the Supreme Court in Washington," said Kanjorski. "It was a pleasure to meet both sides and discuss their thoughts on arguing before our country's highest court. I wish both sides the best of luck in the case and in their practices."
