State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between July 14 and Nov. 4 in North Manheim Township, Schuylkill County.

The victim is Randy Walters Sr. of Schuylkill Haven.He told police someone used an unknown blunt object to scratch his 2007 Chevrolet Equinox in numerous places while it was parked at 367 State Route 61 during the above dates.
