Jacqueline Rittie, 50, of Tobyhanna was cited for disorderly conduct on Thursday, Oct. 29, at 6:18 p.m.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said officers were on patrol of the Pocono Farms East Community when they observed a Lincoln Navigator pulled over on the shoulder of King's Way. The officers observed Rittie urinating in view of the public at the rear of the vehicle. She was subsequently cited for disorderly conduct and released.
