Three Palmerton borough officials are in Colorado this week participating in a conference of individuals and industries which oppose the work of the Environmental Protection Agency. Their trip was paid for by Horsehead Resources and the Zinc Corp. of America. Borough Manager Rodger Danielson, solicitor Michael Ozalas, and council President Barry Scherer will be in Aspen through Thursday. They were accompanied by Michael Raub of the Pro-Palmerton Coalition and Bruce Conrad of Horsehead Industries.
