A Monroe County teen was cited for harassment following an incident that occurred about 9:15 a.m. on Oct. 22 along Gilbert Road and SR209, in Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township.

State police at Fern Ridge allege that Sean Paul Deagro, 18, of Brodheadsville, followed Christine Lee Ortiz, 32, of Effort, in his vehicle for several miles eventually pulling into a public place.
