Health Works, the Gnaden Huetten Health and Wellness Center, will hold a free diet and exercise class from 10 to 11 a.m., on Saturday, Oct. 31. The class will be held at Health Works, located at 1241 Blakeslee Blvd., Lehighton, inside the Carbon Plaza Mall.

Speakers will be Tim Kocher, ACE certified professional trainer and Health Works coordinator; and Amy Yachera, RD, LDN.The class will touch on how a person can achieve permanent weight loss through diet and regular exercise.Registration is required.For more information or to register, call (570) 386-8080.
