From costumes, to decorations, to floats, creativity permeated throughout the 18th annual Palmerton Halloween Parade.

The four-division parade completed another successful run on Sunday, as residents lined Delaware Avenue to catch a glimpse of the impressive Halloween display.Jane Stroup, parade co-chairperson, said the event "went off without a hitch.""It was scary (earlier in the day) when it rained," Stroup said. "But, we did it."Susie Arner, parade chairperson, thanked everyone along the parade route who donated to the parade, and said volunteers are needed for next year's parade.
