Sentenced

Joshua Emmanuel Kaylor, 19, Shenandoah, was sentenced by Judge Jacquelyn Russell on a charge of simple assault on Harold Creasy, of Shenandoah, to serve two to 21 months less one day in the county prison, provide 40 hours of community service, pay court costs and make restitution of $190.27 to High Mark Blue Shield and $2,503.56 to Center for Medicare and Medicard Service. He also must have no contact with the victim. On a charge of harassment he was sentenced to serve and additonal 30 to 90 days and when released on probation to pay a $50 monthly supervision fee.Raymond R. Hillibush, 30, Frackville, was sentenced by Russell on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance to serve one to two years in a state correctional institution followed by two years on probation. On a charge of driving while his license was suspended was fined $200 plus costs. He was cited by Patrolman Michael Dissinger, Mahanoy City police, and pleaded guilty to the charge.
