Front St., was cited for driving under suspension and driving without a license on August 28 at 5:06 p.m. in front of her residence.Rolando Horsford, 29, 30 E. Abbott St., was cited for driving under suspension and driving without a license on August 29 at 9:15 p.m. at Bertsch and Cortright streets.Brian Binder, 29, 428 W Iron St., was cited for obedience to traffic-control devices on August 28 at 8:50 p.m. at Route 902 and Bertsch Street.Jennifer Dipietro, 26, 30 E. Bertsch St., was cited for disorderly conduct and harassment on August 11 at 6:55 p.m. near his residence.Evelyna Sanchez, 38 W. Patterson St., were cited for disorderly conduct after an incident which took place on West Bertsch St. on Sept. 20 at 5:10 p.m.Rocco Westpy, 21, 122 W. Fell St., Summit Hill, was cited for disorderly conduct on Sept. 21 at Patterson and Sharpe streets at 6:43 p.m.Debby Zinck, 32, 40 E. Ludlow St., Summit Hill, was cited for obedience to traffic-control devices on Sept. 10 at 8:10 p.m. at Tunnel and Patterson streets.A 17-year-old male from Tamaqua was cited for a red light violation on Sept. 19 at 7:17 p.m. at Patterson and Chestnut streets.Scott McLaughlin, 35, 721 N. Vine St., Hazleton, was cited for driving without a license on Sept. 25 at 12:11 p.m. on the 200 block of E. Patterson Street.Shaimar Issac Williams, 27, 16 E.
