Schuylkill County judges ruled that a number of people have violated the terms for their parole or probation and revoked them following hearing held this week.

Shayne Titus Livingston, 26, of 432 Hazle St., Tamaqua, admitted violating conditions of his parole and it was revoked by Judge John E. Domalakes and his street time of 136 days were disallowed which created a new maximum date for his release, Jan. 31, 2011.He was ordered transported by Sheriff Joseph Groody to City Teen Ministries, Chester, for inpatient drug and alcohol treatment and if successfully completes the program he will serve the remaining four months of his sentence on parole. He had pleaded guilty on Aug. 23, 2006, to removing a valuable 79 year old books from the Tamaqua Public Library and sellling them. They were valued at $700.Kerry Scott Fulmer, 38, of 405 Arlington St., Tamaqua, for the second time had his probation revoked by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin and he was remanded to prison to serve out his sentence. He had pleaded guilty on May 22, 2008, to assaulting Monique Nunamacher and was given credit for serving 47 days in prison and released on probation for 23 months. That was revoked in April 2009 but he was again released on probation.His new maximum date for release is Sept. 14, 2010. On a second charge of theft of a toolbox off the truck of Thomas Frederick, Tamaqua, he was re-sentenced to serve an additional 12 months on probation when released from prison.Rachel Lynn Middleton, 23, of 428 S. Kennedy Drive, McAdoo, had her probation revoked by Dolbin for the second time and she was remanded to prison to serve out her original sentence. Her maximum sentence was extended to Feb. 25, 2010.She orginally had entered a guilty plea on Feb. 22, 2007, to corruption of minors and was placed on probation for 23 months which was revoked in June 2009 but she was again released on probation after serving three months in jail.Jessica Lynn Pretti, 23, Saint Clair, had her probation revoked by Dolbin and she was re-sentenced to serve six to 12 months in the county prison and her 144 days of street time was taken away and her maximum date was extended to April 15, 2010.She had pleaded guilty to assault charges and the victim, JoAnn Slavinsky, appeared at her probation hearing and spoke of the injuries she suffered, loss of movement, painful surgery and wanted her to spend more time in jail. Pretti had pleaded guilty to the assault charges in February 2008. She was given an extra two years on probation when released from prison.Eileen Geraldine Bobb, 45, Shenandoah, had her probation revoked by Dolbin and 54 days of street time was taken away and added to her sentence which set back her maximum date of release from prison at May 2010. This was her second revocation.She had pleaded guilty in May 2008 to charges of giving a false report about a fall to police that she was pushed down a flight of steps. Her parole was revoked because she entered a taproom. "I did a stupid thing," she told the judge, 'but friends insisted I go for a drink."SentencedBrian David Shafer, 38, Hazleton, pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft and criminal conspiracy and was sentenced by Judge D. Michael Stine to serve six to 12 months in the county prison.Stine also sentenced to serve three to six months on a charge of criminal conspiracy and on a charge of retail theft was given an additional three months to six months. He also must make restitution of $1,510 to Vertigo Systems Store, Schuylkill Mall, Frackville, for theft of a computer.
