A Tamaqua motorcyclist was cited following a crash. State police at Frackville said the accident occurred about 2:25 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 9, along the Interstate 81 exit ramp from SR309, northbound, in Kline Township, Schuylkill County. Troopers said Keith Binder, 30, was driving a 2007 Kawasaki northbound at a high rate speed when he made an erratic pass, then tried to exit 309. Binder lost control of the bike which left the road and went onto the grass area and rolled over. Binder sustained a minor injury and was transported to the Hazleton General Hospital, troopers said. Binder will be cited for traffic violations, troopers noted.
