A number of badly-behaved people have lately caught the attention of Summit Hill police.
Mark Kulick, 47, of 118 W. Fell St., Summit Hill, raised a ruckus outside his house at 4:13 a.m Aug. 20 and was consequently cited with disorderly conduct. At 8 p.m. that evening, Kulick was found lying on the sidewalk in front of a local establishment, heavily under the influence of alcohol, police said. He was cited with public drunkenness.But Kulick's troubles weren't over: At 10:04 p.m. Sept. 4, he was again found lying on the sidewalk, again under the influence of alcohol. He was again cited with public drunkenness.Police also cited Emily Ahner, 21, of Sunset Road, no further address details available, at 4:58 p.m. Sept 5 with disorderly conduct after she allegedly caused a disturbance at an apartment building at 30 W. Holland St.Kimberly Alvarado, 37, of 200 E. Fell St., Summit Hill, was cited for defiant trespass after police were dispatched to 129 E. Fell St. for complaint of somebody trespassing. Alvarado was allegedly inside the residence and had removed some items.Alicia Whah, 22, of 114 Patterson St., Lansford, was cited for driving while under suspension when police, who knew she had no license, saw her driving on East White Bear Drive at 4:45 p.m. Sept 13.
