55 p.m. at the intersection of state routes 183 and 895, in Wayne Township.

Troopers said Nicholas Serrano, 23, of Etters, York County, was westbound on 895 and approaching the intersection in a Mercury Sable. William Gustitus, 42, of Auburn, was northbound on 183. Troopers said Serrano began to turn left to go south on 183 without observing Gustitus' Dodge Intrepid. Troopers said Serrano entered 183 and traveled into the path of Gustitus. The right front of the Intrepid it the front of the Sable.After the collision Seerrano and Gustitus became involved in an altercation in which Gustitus allegedly shoved and struck Serrano.Troopers said Gustitus was cited for harassment. Serrano and his passenger, Yvonne Serrano, 23, same address, Gustitus and his passenger, Katie Gustitus, 44, same address, were all not injured. Damages were minor to the Sable and moderate to the Intrepid.
