A Quakake man has been cited by West Penn Township Police following a domestic incident on Sept. 19.

Jeremy Snyder, 28, of 62 Heckman St., Quakake, has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and provisions of the domestic violence act. According to the report, officers were dispatched to Dorset Road, New Ringgold, to assist with an EMS call that Saturday morning. On scene, they spoke with the victim who had black and blue marks on both wrists, swelling to the right side of her head, multiple bite marks on her back and a possible dislocated hip.The victim was transported to an Allentown trauma center and Snyder was taken in to custody.
