A Monroe County woman was cited at a bar following an incident.

Pocono Mountain Regional police were dispatched to the Brookside Inn, located along SR611, in Tobyhanna, Coolbaugh Township, about 2:17 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26, to a report of a fight. On scene officers spoke with Nicole Becaccio, 21, of Effort. She said she and another female were involved in a fight in the bar and the other female fled prior to the arrival of officers.Police said Becaccio was intoxicated and information from other witnesses indicated she caused a disturbance in the bar. She will be cited for public drunkenness.The incident is considered open as the other female involved is being sought.
