Troopers said a vehicle was stopped at the above stated location during an aggressive DUI blitz detail for an equipment violation.At the stop the 17-year-old Lehighton male driver was found to have in his possession 488 packets of heroin. Charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance are pending.
