Route 209 was closed in Schuylkill Township due to a truck fire.

The rig was traveling south at approximately 3 p.m. when it caught fire.

The driver managed to escape the flames.

Fire companies from Tuscarora, Mary-D and New England responded. State police at Frackville are investigating the incident.
