Towamensing Township fire Chief Danny Reis said Aquashicola Fire Company was the first to arrive on scene and encountered a cab of a semi fully involved.
He said there were no injuries, nor was there any damage to the home. However, the vehicle was a total loss.
Reis said the cause of the fire is undetermined at this point in time.
He said they remained on scene for a little over an hour.
“I’d like to thank Lower Towamensing (Aquashicola) for their assistance,” Reis said. “We’ve both been getting a good turnout.”
